Stand taller, move better and perform better. We need our joints to be able to move through full range of movement without pain.
Dynamic stretching or moving through your range gives best results. Your chosen sport, injuries, sitting all day, getting older or osteoarthritis can reduce your joint flexibility.
If we work on flexibility and build strength it can stave off joint replacements ( Harvard Health) I also know this from personal experience. I have arthritis in my hip after breaking it in a cycling accident a few years back. I know how much Stick Mobility helps.
You can get more extension and feel safer due to the sticks.
